Mid week stays are available by request and subject to availability.
Booking Terms and Conditions
To make a booking we require a deposit of 20%. We require the deposit within 5 days of making the reservation. If we do not receive your deposit within this time your reservation will expire. Once we have received your deposit we will confirm your reservation.
The balance will be due two months prior to departure. If your booking is made less than two months prior to departure then the total cost is payable. Once we have received the full balance, we will send you confirmation including details of everything you need to enjoy your holiday.
A refundable ‘damage’ deposit is also required payable either on arrival or pre-paid during the booking process.
Charges and taxes are included.
Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your booking this should be done in writing and the following fees will apply:
1-30 days before arrival - non refundable
30-60 days before arrival - 50% refundable
61 days or more before arrival - 80% refundable
